The Mirror of Reason
  • The Palace walls were made of drifted snow enclosing over a hundred rooms, all immensely big and empty and glittering in their iciness. In the midst of these never-ending snow halls was a frozen lake broken upon the surface into a thousand bits. The Snow Queen sat in the very middle of it when she was at home and she would say she was sitting on 'The Mirror of Reason'
  • Inspired by Anderson's Fairy Tale The Snow Queen, in which a small boy is kidnapped and taken to a land far, far, away . . .
  • Standing 2ft high, created with hand printed, embroidered/appliquéd PVC plastics and found objects.
